Meet the Founder
Emille Mendoza founded Emme Management after more than a decade working across both sides of the creator economy.
As Partnerships Manager at Aftershock PC, she built the strategies that made it Australia’s #1 custom PC brand. Securing collaborations with Nick Kyrgios and FaZe Clan, and campaigns for Disney, Square Enix, Gigabyte, Samsung and SteelSeries. She also built her own audience from scratch, earning Twitch Partner status in six months.
She also founded and successfully exited her own e-commerce brand and in running it, worked with thousands of influencers over a decade. That gave her a front row seat to every shift in the social media landscape, from the early days of Instagram to the rise of TikTok and beyond.She started Emme because she knew what creators were missing — someone who understood the brand side as well as they understood the content side. That’s still what drives it.
