Meet The Founder

Emille Mendoza, the founder of Emme Management, is a dynamic force in the tech and gaming industries. Her journey into these industries began when she built a thriving community on Twitch, achieving partner status within just six months. This early success set the stage for her impactful career in the industry.

Emille’s career continued to flourish during her tenure at Aftershock PC, where she developed strategies that propelled the company to become Australia’s #1 custom PC brand. Her innovative approaches led to iconic collaborations with tennis superstar Nick Kyrgios, the renowned CS2 team, FaZe Clan and working on campaigns with brands such as Disney, Square Enix, Gigabyte, Samsung and SteelSeries.

In addition to her work in tech and gaming, Emille founded Boracay Skin in 2015, an e-commerce beauty brand, which she successfully exited after nine years. With over a decade of experience working with creators and brands of all sizes, from small ventures to household names, she excels at connecting the two in meaningful ways.

Emille is dedicated to investing in creators’ growth, providing personalised mentorship, and crafting content strategies that resonate deeply with audiences.
